Do your posters come framed?

Yes, we offer them in three colors: natural oak, walnut, or black. The print is placed inside, and the package includes hanging pins, so it’s ready to hang right away.

What if I don't see the color I want?

Send us a message through our store chat with a screenshot or link to the prints you want recolored. We’ll reply within 24 hours.

What type of paper do you use for your posters?

We use premium 190 gsm matte paper that ensures vivid color and crisp detail. The surface is glare-free, making it perfect for any space.

Do you accept returns for buyer’s remorse or style changes?

All custom items arefinal sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or design tweaks once production has started.

What if my print arrives damaged or incorrect?

We stand behind every piece. If your order arrives with a defect or the wrong design, please contact us at support@threeowlsnook.com within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice, at no additional cost.

Who covers shipping for replacements?

If the error or damage is on us, we’ll cover all shipping costs for the replacement.
